This one-hour training session is designed to equip up to 12 industry professionals with the skills and confidence needed for reliable, leak-free installations. With a hands-on approach, every participant will complete an actual press connection under expert guidance.

What you’ll learn

The training begins with an introduction to press systems and tools, covering the advantages of press-fit technology and how it compares to traditional connection methods. Participants will learn manufacturer-recommended installation procedures, including proper pipe preparation and best practices for achieving a durable, high-performance connection.

After reviewing the necessary hand tools, trainees will receive expert tips and troubleshooting techniques to avoid common mistakes. The session then transitions into practical application, where each installer will complete a live press connection using RM fittings and tools.

The session concludes with tool maintenance and storage guidelines, followed by an open Q&A session to address any specific challenges or project-related concerns.

Every successful trainee will receive an RM Certification & Wallet Card—valid for four years—demonstrating their proficiency in press-fit installations.
